Since its founding in 1980, LEVCOR has expanded from its Houston roots into the broader Southwest. Over these 35+ years, the company has built its business by fostering cooperative relationships with its partners and tenants. The leadership team has the discretion to move aggressively when opportunity emerges, and the patience to let its properties mature. These qualities position the company well to capitalize on emerging trends in real estate development.

Larry Levine President

Mr. Levine founded Levcor, Inc. in 1980 and serves as both its President and driving force. He has been involved in the development, leasing and management of over 20 million square feet of retail centers and office buildings during his career.

Mr. Levine served in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant with the Military Police Corps. He received a BBA from Texas A&M University as well as advance courses in Real Estate Finance, Management, Appraisal and Law from the University of Houston. Prior to establishing Levcor, Mr. Levine was with Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Company from 1974 to 1980, where, as a Senior Broker, was involved in investment property sales, leasing and site acquisition. His expertise was first established in the repositioning of under-performing properties on behalf of third-party owners. Malls, neighborhood and community shopping centers throughout Texas were leased to stabilization with major tenants. These anchor/major tenant relationships remain to this day. While at Coldwell Banker he was ranked in the Top Ten in both the Houston Division and the Region, which included the competitive markets of Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, and Washington, DC. Mr. Levine is a Sustaining Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and being an alumnus of Texas A&M University, is a member of the Board of Directors of both the International School of Business and Mays Graduate School of Business. He is a member of AIPAC, a member of Congregation Beth Yesheren and serves on the board of directors of JINSA and on the Executive Committee of the Republican Jewish Coalition. In October 2000, Larry Levine was named a Distinguished Alumnus of the Texas A&M University School of Business. He maintains his Real Estate Broker’s License and in addition to the above, is very active in numerous business, social and political activities throughout Houston and the State of Texas and on a national level.

John Hoag Executive Vice President

Mr. Hoag serves as Levcor, Inc.’s Executive Vice-President in charge of all management aspects of the Company. Prior to joining the Levcor team, he was the Senior Property Manager for a Houston based grocery chain responsible for the management of 850,000 square feet of retail space and the lease administration of 31 grocery stores.


Mr. Hoag serves as Levcor, Inc.’s Executive Vice-President in charge of all management aspects of the Company. Mr. Hoag has over 25 years of experience in property management of retail and office buildings in the Houston area. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University in 1979. He currently holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License, is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, and Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Hoag received the designation of Certified Property Manager in 1992.

Bronwen Harbour Vice President, Asset Management

Ms. Harbour joined Levcor in 1992.


Prior to joining the firm, she worked in property management for JMB Properties Co, Inc. Her responsibilities with Levcor include coordinating due diligence for the sale of properties, preparing operating budgets and ensuring that projects operate within those confines, preparing monthly owner’s reports, auditing leases, approving invoices and expenditures, preparing leases and construction contracts, supervising maintenance for all properties, negotiating renewals, property inspections, and special projects as needed.

Janice Bronikowski Vice President, Finance

Ms. Bronikowski has over 37 years experience in cash management, 22 years of which have been with Levcor.


She is responsible for managing all cash accounts, monitoring cash on hand, deposits, bi-weekly reports, wire transfers, property tax payments as well as payroll and employment insurance for Levcor employees.

Aldo Antu Vice President, Construction

Mr. Antu is the Director of Construction and manages all construction aspects of Levcor’s ground-up and redevelopment projects, including budgeting, managing project contractors and ensuring the on-time delivery of such projects.


He began his construction experience in the field and has been a project manager and estimator since 1999. He has managed the construction of a wide range of asset types, including retail space, office space, medical buildings, infrastructure projects, higher education facilities, warehouses, restaurants and government buildings. His clients have included Shell, USAA, Edward Jones, The City of San Antonio, University of Texas, Academy Sports, TJX Companies, Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart and numerous other commercial entities.

Justin Levine Vice President

Mr. Levine joined Levcor, Inc. in 2014 as Vice President. Mr. Levine's responsibilities with Levcor include development management, analyzing acquisition and disposition opportunities, coordinating financing for projects, creating pro formas, coordinating asset due diligence, providing input on construction and leasing decisions, and Levcor business development.


Prior to Levcor, Mr. Levine spent five years at The Blackstone Group in New York, NY. At Blackstone, Mr. Levine project managed 15 private equity advisory assignments, collaborating with and managing Blackstone professionals, institutional investors, lawyers and accountants to help raise +$2 billion, identify strategic investment partners and enact M&A transactions for global real estate businesses. Mr. Levine has also spent time working in the technology and media spaces in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business and bachelor of Science in Economics and Communication Studies from Northwestern University. Mr. Levine is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the Urban Land Institute, The International Council of Shopping Centers, Congress for the New Urbanism and the Houston Real Estate Council.

Sasha Levine Associate Vice President

Sasha Levine joined Levcor in 2018. Sasha’s responsibilities with Levcor include leasing management, retail and restaurant tenant advisory, creative repositioning, mixed-use merchandising, and development strategy.


Over the course of her career, Sasha has worked with several prominent tenants, real estate developers and global REITs on business development, marketing, due diligence, site analysis, market research and transaction advisory matters. These clients include Fox Restaurant Concepts, Total Wine, Freerange Concepts, Saint Bernard, 5.11 Tactical, Mesero Restaurant Group, Ascension Coffee and Hines, Spectrum Properties, M2G Ventures, Sueba, SFT Interests, Zimmerman Interests. 

Sasha began her career in commercial real estate in 2012 with Urban Retail Properties in Chicago as a specialty leasing and development analyst, assisting in the examination of acquisition opportunities and the financial analysis of rent roll and leasing inquiries related to such transactions.

In 2014, Sasha joined UCR in Dallas. There, she worked on the UCR|Urban team, specializing in multi-market retail tenant and urban property advisory. During her time at UCR, Sasha was a key player in the leasing of the 16-acre Dallas Farmers Market redevelopment, which was the first food hall developed in North Texas. As a result of this project, Sasha’s team was awarded the 2014 Best Community Impact Deal by the Dallas Business Journal.

In 2015, CBRE acquired UCR, at which time Sasha joined CBRE’s Retail Advisory & Transaction Services group. During her time at CBRE’s Dallas office, Sasha further specialized in restaurant tenant advisory and adaptive reuse projects within her urban practice. In addition, she received CBRE-UCR’s Rising Star Award.

In 2017, Sasha then joined CBRE’s Houston’s office, emerging as one of the top urban retail consultants in the Houston market, focusing on the future of retail and the ability for both properties and brands to adapt alongside the changing market.

Sasha is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Rice Design Alliance (RDAgents committee member) and Urban Land Institute (member of ULI Houston’s Programs Committee). She received a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish Literature from Northwestern University and the Consortium for Advanced Studies at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.

Nina Kuhn Leasing Associate

Ms. Kuhn joined Levcor in December 2015 as a Leasing Associate. She specializes in retail landlord representation and lease negotiations.


Ms. Kuhn has more than 10 years of experience in residential property management and residential leasing. Prior to joining Levcor, Ms. Kuhn was the Community Manager at Gables River Oaks, one of the top real estate companies in the U.S. She also brings a wealth of hospitality experience from previous positions at Houston’s Restaurant, Jasper’s Restaurant and Hotel ZaZa. Ms. Kuhn is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers. She has successfully completed Leasing I at the John T. Riordan School of Retail Real Estate Professionals. She graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Heather Ghiselin Marketing and Leasing Coordinator

Heather joined Levcor, Inc. in 2006 as the Marketing and Leasing Coordinator. She focuses on lease administration and real estate marketing including event management, brochure design and website management.


Heather has 23 years of experience in real estate in residential and commercial real estate. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Recreational Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.  She holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  She has worked as a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for over fifteen years. 

Karen Hoecherl Office Manager

Karen Hoecherl joined Levcor in 1987.


Karen started as the receptionist and later held the positions of Accounts Payable Clerk, Cash Management and in 1996 became Office Manager, followed by Executive Assistant to the Mr. Larry Levine in 2002. During her 30 years with Levcor her overall knowledge of the company has made her a valued member of the Levcor team.

Julia Chow Property Accountant

Ms. Chow joined Levcor, Inc. in April 2002.


As the Property Accountant, Ms. Chow is responsible for each property’s financial reporting and tenant CAM reconciliation. Prior to joining the Levcor, she worked for PM Realty and Transwestern.  Ms. Chow has over 20 years of experience in real estate accounting for shopping centers and office buildings.

Michelle Castellano Accounting Assistant

Michelle Castellano joined Levcor in February 2007.


Ms. Castellano handles accounting duties with regards to A/P, A/R, billing, insurance, check issuance, property tax payables, 1099s and special projects. She brings 32 years of experience in accounting and 7 years in construction management.

Griselda Martinez Assistant Project Manager

Ms. Martinez joined Levcor in September 2014.


Ms. Martinez works directly with Levcor’s construction department to help draft construction contracts, assist in managing construction draws, issue maintenance requests and act as a liaison between Levcor, general contractors and architects. Prior to Levcor, Ms. Martinez was an International Exporting Account Representative at Grocers Supply, a wholesale food distributor, where she coordinated international food shipments. Prior to Grocers Supply, Ms. Martinez was in residential property management. She has a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is currently achieving her Project Management Certification.

Viki Guidry Property Manager

Ms. Guidry has over 30 years of property management experience, 10 years of which have been with Levcor.


Northwest Mall was purchased by Levcor in 2007 and retained Ms. Guidry as General Manager, overseeing all aspects of property management including administrative, operations, marketing, security and housekeeping.   Ms. Guidry is now the Property Manager of the Houston Properties for Levcor.   




Mr. Perez has 28 years of experience in property maintenance and operations.


Mr. Perez has 28 years in property maintenance and operations at Northwest Mall.  Northwest Mall was purchased by Levcor in 2007 and retained Mr. Perez as Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing all aspects of property maintenance including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and managing the energy control systems.  Mr. Perez is now the Maintenance Manager of the Houston Properties.
